Visitor Information & Guidelines
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for both our guests and our cats, please review the following before booking your visit to the Central Purrk Pop-Up Cat Café:
Guests must be 6 years of age or older to enter the Catio. Younger visitors are absolutely welcome to attend and enjoy the experience from outside the enclosure—outer viewing areas are free and open to all ages.
Our space is handicapped accessible, and we strive to make the experience welcoming for everyone.
All visits are scheduled in timed sessions, and guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened visit in order to stay on schedule for all guests.
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable, so be sure to select your time carefully.
For the comfort and safety of our cats:

Please be gentle and respectful—no chasing, grabbing, or waking sleeping cats

Keep voices and movements calm to maintain a relaxing environment
Guests should be aware that this is a shared, interactive animal experience, and while we do our best to match cats with visitors, interactions are not guaranteed—our cats set the pace.
Additional guidelines (including hand washing and entry procedures) will be provided on-site the day of your visit.
